|  | 4 lamb-chops (2 cm) 1 onion herbs 2 parsley-potatoes and 2 potatoe-dumplings (3 mm slices) |

| | Cut half an onion in slices and roast in a pan with some oil. Wrap 160 gr of cooked beans in slices of bacon and roast in a pan. Spice the lamb- chops with some onion, salt, coriander, pepper, majoram, garlic and rosemary, and fry with some oil. Cook at 160° C in the oven and put some water on top. When pulling out of the oven, decorate with some herbs and flowers. |
